DiversityInc rolled out its 2011 top 10 companies for executive women list, with Kraft Foods taking the top honors.

Kraft Foods was followed by PricewaterhouseCoopers, Sodexo, Kaiser Permanente, Procter & Gamble, Johnson & Johnson, Ernst & Young, Deloitte, Bank of America, and American Express.

Of the companies above, their boards of directors average 27.5% women with 15% nationally, according to Catalyst. In addition, women comprise nearly a third of their senior level, including CEO and direct reports, compared with 17.7% of women senior officers at Fortune 500 companies.

Last month, DiversityInc announced its Top 50 Companies for Diversity list.
