NEW YORK: Hill+Knowlton Strategies has launched a corporate advisory group, which will work to provide business counsel to clients. It will focus on meeting public risk and reputational challenges for clients at the C-suite and board levels.
It will advise clients on business challenges such as mergers, restructurings, regulatory threats, and international expansions.
Jack Martin, global chairman and CEO of H+K, will lead the group with Andrew Laurence, H+K's London-based global vice chair of corporate.
