It accuses the president of participating in negative campaigning while publicly rebuking the practice. The rest of the video sticks to a montage that infers Americans' disappointment in the president without spelling out why.

The New York Times this Sunday quoted the group's leader, Steven Law:
The ultimate goal of the Crossroads campaign, Mr. Law said, would be to better connect Americans' disappointment with the economy to their views of the president, especially among crucial swing voters.
Obama continues to lead Romney in national polls by about 5 points. To be fair, Romney has been eyeball-deep in primary campaigning for nearly a year now.
