NEW YORK: Frank PR has appointed Ian Twinn, VP of strategy and development at Smart Fusion, as MD of its US operations.

Twinn, leading a team of five staffers, will replace Jim Dowd, who joined the agency as MD when it entered the US with a New York office last July.

Before Smart Fusion, Twinn worked at Brodeur Partners and Zeno Group.
