MOSCOW: Fleishman-Hillard has acquired a majority interest in Moscow-based Fleishman-Hillard Vanguard. The firm will serve as the agency's growth hub in the Commonwealth of Independent States region.
Fleishman Vanguard was formed through a joint venture between Fleishman and Vanguard PR. Its client base includes multinationals and Russian companies in the commerce, industrial, and government sectors. The agency provides services in public affairs, corporate reputation management, financial and marketing communications, technology, and healthcare, as well as digital and social media.
Lucien Vallun, Fleishman-Hillard regional director and senior partner for Central and Eastern Europe and the Middle East, will continue as chair of the Fleishman Vanguard board.
