An interesting story in the WSJ (PDF alert).

Scotts Miracle-Gro, a provider of lawn products, is suing TerraCycle, also a provider of lawn products, for copyright infringement and false advertising. These type of lawsuits tend to cause the defendan(s) t to turn taciturn, but TerraCycle, instead, has set up a blog, Suedbyscotts.com, to counter claims and, also, have some fun with the proceedings (or, as much fun as one can while being sued).

In one entry, they posted a side-by-side comparison of the two companies, using a number of categories like profit (not yet, for TerraCycle) and picture of the two company's headquarters.

Here's another; guess which company is which.

Now, this is unlikely to help people grasp the nuances of the litigation, but it at least will attract some attention.
