JACKSONVILLE, FL: Advertising and PR firm the Dalton Agency has merged with Atlanta-based advertising agency Kilgannon.
The combined firm, which will have offices in Jacksonville and Orlando, FL; Atlanta and Savannah, GA; and Columbia, SC, will use the Dalton Agency brand. Details of the deal were not disclosed.
The firm's clients include the American Heart Association, BAE Systems' Safariland products group, and the NFL's Jacksonville Jaguars.
