ATLANTA: Communications 21 has promoted Reneé Spurlin from director to VP of client services.
In her new role, Spurlin will be responsible for client relationships, as well as monitoring account and senior account managers.
She also serves on the board of directors of the Atlanta chapter of the American Marketing Association.
