CHICAGO: Cision has linked up with social media release platform PitchEngine to provide customers with a social content optimization capability.
The partnership integrates PitchEngine's social publishing platform into Cision's product and allows users to share optimized branded content and news on the web through the PitchEngine web site.
Cision still maintains CisionWire, a search-optimized media site and newswire, which is used for more traditional news release distribution.
