VivaKi's Klues to step down

PARIS: VivaKi CEO Jack Klues will retire at the end of this year, holding company Publicis Groupe said Wednesday.

PARIS: VivaKi CEO Jack Klues will retire at the end of this year, holding company Publicis Groupe said Wednesday.

Klues will remain with Publicis as a consultant through the first half of next year as VivaKi becomes a separate business unit. He will be replaced by Frank Voris as CEO, while Rishad Tobaccowala will remain VivaKi's chief information and strategy officer.

Publicis said Wednesday that VivaKi will become a separate business unit that will be more broadly available to all Publicis agencies, as well as the market.
