Ogilvy brings on six VPs in New York office

NEW YORK: Ogilvy Public Relations has appointed six VPs in its New York office across its corporate affairs, media influence, employee engagement, and healthcare practices.

NEW YORK: Ogilvy Public Relations has appointed six VPs in its New York office across its corporate affairs, media influence, employee engagement, and healthcare practices.

The firm hired Charlotte McLaughlin, former director of investor relations and financial communications at Taylor Rafferty/Broadgate, as a VP in corporate affairs.

Alisha Marks Tischler joined the agency's media influence team, where she will lead strategic relations initiatives and executive positioning for Ogilvy clients. She previously served as a VP at Schwartz Media Strategies.

Ogilvy also brought on Melissa Ng in the firm's employee engagement practice, Ogilvy Impact. Before Ogilvy, Ng served as a senior associate at Acquis Consulting Group, where she worked on management consulting, client engagement, and business strategy.

Kara Golub joined Ogilvy's healthcare team to focus on counseling clients including Boehringer Ingelheim. Previously, Golub worked at Ruder Finn as a VP.

The agency also appointed Linda Ruckel to work in its healthcare practice, where she will develop and implement strategies for healthcare companies, medical centers, and government organizations. Ruckel previously served as a VP in MSLGroup's health and medical center practice.

Christopher Wahlers, formerly VP at MWW, joined Ogilvy's healthcare practice to work on programs and planning for brands in the health sector. While at MWW, he worked on campaigns for Deloitte Life Sciences Health Care.
