NEW YORK: Capital Access Network, a small business financing company, has hired former Intuit executive Scott Blum as CMO as it moves its corporate headquarters to New York City.

Blum was previously global payments leader at Intuit, where he led the company's efforts to expand its mobile payment offerings in North America, Europe, and the Asia-Pacific markets. Before that, he served as director of marketing for Intuit's payments division.

Capital Access Network moved its headquarters to attract technology talent and to operate in close proximity to New York's financial markets. The company has more than 400 employees across its Boston, Atlanta, San Jose, CA; and Costa Rica branches.
