NEW YORK: Allison & Partners was named AOR for Food Should Taste Good (FSTG), an all-natural snack brand, following a RFP issued last month.

Allison & Partners began working with the brand on May 1. Anne Colaiacovo, partner and GM at Allison & Partners, said the agency plans to "energize" the brand for both the current customer base, as well as prospective fans.

“We're going to be working with them in every capacity of their public relations, and publicity,” said Colaiacovo. “We're looking forward to putting forth campaigns, and we're excited to match the trajectory of this amazing brand.”

James Borteck, VP of marketing at FSTG, said the selection was based on Allison & Partners' "strong reputation in the industry, and their vision to take Food Should Taste Good to the next level while understanding its entrepreneurial company nature and results orientation." He declined to comment on budget, and the RFP process.

"We are hoping to accomplish breakthrough awareness on a national level and continue our Reggie award-winning social media foundation with more than 150,000 Facebook fans," added Borteck.

Leading into the summer, FSTG has rolled out “Let's Summer,” an on-pack promotion awarding 100 prizes a day, through September 5, to consumers who enter their email address and a seven-digit code from a bag of chips online. Prizes include a Weber Q 100 gas grill, Flip video camera, and others. The campaign is supported by in-store displays at retail partners.
