CAMBRIDGE, MA: Ogilvy-owned specialty agency Feinstein Kean Healthcare has shuffled its top-level management, naming Craig Martin CEO and appointing former chief executive Marcia Kean chairman of strategic initiatives.

The moves are effective immediately, the company said in a statement.

Kean will focus on strategies for the use of technology in the healthcare space and for the adoption of personalized medicine. She had served as the agency's CEO since 2002, and has worked at the firm since it opened a quarter-century ago.

Martin was previously the firm's MD and COO for the last six years. It is unknown who will replace him in his former role at the agency.

Miles Young, CEO of Ogilvy & Mather, said in a statement that the “management shift enables [Martin] and [Kean] each to focus on advancing the ideas, ventures, technologies, products, and services that are shaping the healthcare transformation.”

A FKH representative was not immediately available for comment.

In June, FKH hired Marilyn Castaldi as EVP of its healthcare practice.
