RESTON, VA: Mike Smith Public Affairs, a firm focusing on grassroots, social media, and CSR work in Washington, opened its doors July 20.* The Reston, VA-based firm was founded by Mike Smith, who most recently was a media adviser for President Barack Obama's advance team, and has three other full-time employees.
