PARIS: Havas reported first-quarter revenue of approximately $551 million, up 2.5% compared to the year-ago period. The holding company said organic growth totaled 7.4%, based on constant exchange rates and excluding acquisitions.
North American revenue stood at about $182 million, while European revenue totaled around $316 million for the quarter. Latin American and Asia Pacific revenue accounted for about $53 million.
New accounts won by subsidiary Euro RSCG Worldwide during the quarter included the LendingTree, L'Oreal, Nivea, BNP Paribas, Humana, Wyeth, Sanofi Aventis, easyJet.com, Volvo, Carrefour, and McDonald's.
