Yesterday, a court made available details of the lawsuit  that eBay made against  Craigslist, but its unclear which party comes out the PR winner based on the facts disclosed.  EBay's claims Craigslist's two primary owners – Craig Newmark and Jim Buckmaster – of working to undermine Craigslist's shares and to weaken eBay's shares in the company, reports the San Francisco Chronicle. But Craigslist used its blog to respond, stating, "every measure we have taken has been for the sake of protecting the long-term wellbeing of the Craigslist community."
